When you submit a service request, Philision may receive your name, company, phone number, email address, selected service type, equipment information, preferred response method, and the problem description you provide.
How We Use It
Information submitted through the website is used to review your service request, communicate with you, prepare service or estimate information, and support related customer communication.
Text And Email Communication
If you select Text Message as your preferred response method, you authorize Philision to respond to the phone number you provide regarding the service request. Standard message and data rates may apply. Selecting Email authorizes response to the email address you provide.
Information Sharing
Philision does not sell website service request information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate website hosting or communication services, comply with law, protect rights, or address security and fraud concerns.
Security
Reasonable technical controls are used to protect website submissions. No Internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
