Philision supports electrical and electronic faults involving power, wiring, relays, contactors, sensors, signals, electronic modules, interfaces, control circuits, and related machine electrical conditions across many types of industrial equipment.
Do you repair machine controllers, operator displays, and screens?
Philision can troubleshoot machine controller systems, operator displays, screens, machine I O, control signals, sensors, interlocks, communication paths, and related interface electronics when the issue is within the electrical or electronic service scope.
Do you provide complete electrical and electronic maintenance?
Yes. Maintenance can include wiring and terminal inspection, power supplies, relays, contactors, sensors, connectors, control cabinets, electronic modules, cooling related to electronics, and other electrical or electronic conditions that can contribute to downtime.
Can you add electrical functions or small automation improvements to existing equipment?
Yes. Philision can evaluate practical additions such as lighting, switches, indicators, sensors, control functions, interfaces, custom hardware, small software tools, data or app connections, retrofit features, and automation add ons that improve or extend manufacturing equipment.
Can you help with obsolete industrial electronics?
Yes. Philision can evaluate compatible replacement components, interface alternatives, wiring changes, electronic repair options, and practical modernization when original electrical or electronic parts are unavailable.
Do you support CNC and other machine tools?
Yes. CNC and machine tools are one equipment application. Philision supports their electrical, electronic, controller, display, wiring, sensor, power, interface, and related control issues. Purely mechanical repairs are outside the service scope.
Do you repair mechanical failures?
No. Philision does not provide bearings, gearboxes, shafts, spindle rebuilding, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, structural repair, mechanical alignment, lubrication service, or other purely mechanical repairs.
What information should I send with a service request?
Provide the equipment manufacturer and model, controller or display information if known, alarm or error details, a description of the symptoms, when the problem started, and what has already been checked. Electrical drawings or manuals can also be helpful when available.
